These terms govern your use of houseofvacation.com and any enquiry you submit through it. The operator is House of Vacation India Pvt Ltd, registered in New Delhi, India.

Please note: booking terms for a specific event or trip are set out in the written proposal and confirmation we issue for that booking. Where those documents differ from this page, the booking documents apply.

1. Using this website

You may browse the site and submit genuine business enquiries. You agree not to use it to send automated or bulk submissions, to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

2. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not reserve anything. It is a request for information. A booking exists only once we issue a written confirmation and any required deposit has been received.

3. Quotations

Prices we quote are based on rates, taxes and exchange rates available at the time of quoting, and on the group size and dates given. They may change if any of those change, or if the requirements are varied. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

4. Third-party suppliers

We arrange services provided by airlines, hotels, transport operators, venues and destination partners. Those services are subject to the suppliers' own terms and conditions. We act as an agent in arranging them and are not liable for a supplier's acts or omissions, though we will assist you in resolving any issue that arises.

5. Travel documents

Passports, visas, permits and any required health documentation are the traveller's responsibility. We can advise and assist with visa processing, but we cannot guarantee that any authority will grant a visa, and we are not liable for a refusal.

6. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and amendment charges depend on the suppliers involved and are set out in the confirmation for each booking. Charges are typically higher closer to the travel or event date. Please read the confirmation carefully before paying a deposit. Our Refund Policy explains how refunds are requested and processed.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller, covering medical costs, cancellation, and loss of baggage or documents.

8. Content on this site

Text, images, graphics and layout on this site are owned by House of Vacation India Pvt Ltd or used under licence. Photographs are illustrative; a specific venue, room or vehicle shown may not be the one supplied for your booking.

9. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
