Pricing
Every House of Vacation programme is costed against the brief it is built for. Group size, destination, travel dates, hotel category, meeting and venue requirements, ground transport and the level of on-site support all move the number, so we prepare a written quotation for each enquiry rather than publishing a single rate card.
What a quotation includes
- A costed itinerary covering travel, stay, venues and ground arrangements.
- The inclusions and exclusions, stated line by line.
- Applicable taxes and the payment schedule.
- The cancellation and amendment terms for that booking.
Quotations are based on the rates, taxes and exchange rates available when we prepare them, and on the group size and dates you give us. They remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. The full basis is set out in our Terms & Conditions.
